Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Monitoring and optimization of energy supply in production and management areas
• Analysis of energy consumption and derivation of saving measures
• Implementation and further development of energy management systems (e.g. ISO 50001)
• Support for energy audits, certifications and legal reports
• Cooperation with technical teams to ensure energy efficiency
• Documentation and reporting of energy indicators and CO2 bilances
• Advising internal contact persons:inside on energy and sustainability issues
• Selection and control of external service providers in the energy sector

• Unlimited employment contract
• Working time models between 36-40 hours per week, depending on project use
• Continuing training at our in-house institute, the FERCHAU Academy (e-learnings, trainings and seminars)
• 26 days holiday in the first year, 28 days holiday in the second year and from the third year with us 30 days holiday
• Childcare support by Kita grant (100€ net per child up to the age of 6)
• Flexibility through the ability to work on a mobile basis (depending on the customer company)

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in energy, energy management, environmental or economics or comparable qualifications
• Quereinsteiger:in with technical training (e.g.:in, technician:in, master:in) with industry experience in energy management or TGA welcome
• Knowledge of environmental and safety management (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) desirable
• Experiences with large customers
• Methodological skills required to analyze and implement improvements
• Driving class B desirable
