As an IT Business Consultant, you take a key role in the successful implementation of our customer projects. You accompany companies in the introduction of our PIM system, control the project phases and take over the central interface function between our customers and the internal departments.

With our customers, you can identify potential for expansion, advise on appropriate modules and functionalities and ensure that economically successful projects are made from requirements. You are actively responsible for project success, customer satisfaction and the economic development of your customer projects.

Leadership of your customer projects: independent, professional, organizational and economic Introduction of our software solutions, in particular our PIM and e-commerce system, with the customer and the acquisition of the interface function between technical and sales requirements Central contact person for all technical, organizational and economic issues Own-sponsored support and consulting of existing customers with regard to new modules and functionalities Active recognition and development of cross- and upselling potentials in existing customer business Responsibility for project progress, project controlling, economic development, contract management and documentation Implementation and moderation of workshops, trainings and presentations 30 days a year, including binding on-site appointments

Complete vocational training or studies with technical reference, e.g. in computer science, media or business Multiannual experience in the IT-close project environment (ideally in the PIM or e-commerce sector or ERP) and in customer consulting Project management competence according to PRINCE2 or comparable standards, ideally incl. Budget, Time, Resources and Scope Control Good understanding of economic relationships, customer development and project profitability Process analysis & optimization in the customer environment, combined with basic technical understanding for IT and software solutions Good knowledge in relevant areas such as web technologies, databases, usability or media technology Personally you convince by entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making, communication strength, negotiation security and a binding occurrence Good knowledge of English and driving licence Class B
