Software License Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a software license manager m/w/d for our corporate IT organization unit in Munich at the next possible time.

Documentation and management of licensing agreements and stocks Support in the procurement of new software products Participation in external audits and implementation of internal license audits Implementation of license measurements and production of license balances Advising the management for legally compliant licensing of used software products Coordination of necessary measures in cooperation with specialist departments Illustration of license metrics and support of a professional SAM tool (e.g. Matrix42) Ensuring compliance with software licensing Examination and evaluation of EULAs as well as terms and conditions of software contracts

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, economics, economic law or a comparable discipline First to multi-year practical experience in software license management, software contracts or IT Asset Management Basic understanding of software installations, software inventory and IT infrastructure Knowledge of software asset management tools desirable Basic knowledge of Microsoft license models (e.g. M365, Azure, volume licensing) of advantage Very good knowledge of German and good English (for the latter, no reliable representation required) Structured, targeted and precise operation Impressed communication skills and sound negotiating skills
