Participation in a positive and family atmosphere where our residents feel comfortable and secure Leadership and organisation of a residential area Responsibility for compliance with care standards and legal requirements Ensuring qualified and personalised care in accordance with quality standards Coordination and planning of care processes in cooperation with the team and other departments Leadership and motivation of a team of nurses, nurses and trainees Documentation and quality assurance of care services and regular assessment of care documentation

Empathy and cordiality in dealing with our older and needy residents Complete training for nursing staff (e.g. old care, health care and nursing) Multiannual professional experience in care, ideally in a leadership position Additional qualification as residential area management is desirable but not necessarily required Willingness to work in the 2-shift model
