Develop and manage the planning and scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations at the wind farm. Ensure cranes are available and efficient to meet project timelines. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of necessary components and equipment. Maintain constant communication with Site Manager and site teams to ensure deadlines are met. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate weather changes, equipment availability, or unforeseen issues. Monitor project progress and provide daily and weekly updates. Optimize resource usage to reduce costs without compromising on safety or efficiency.

Previous experience in resource and crane planning, preferably in renewable energy projects or construction. Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unforeseen changes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and levels of management. Project planning tools and software. Experience in wind operations farm is highly desirable. English language skills at a minimum B2 level are mandatory; Spanish language skills are desired

Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel and work demands on-site to project.
