Senior Cloud Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Whenever it comes to cloud solutions, you are in demand - here you develop secure, scalable cloud and multi-cloud architectures for enterprise and public-sector customers, taking into account compliance, cost-effectiveness and technological sustainability to make our customers' IT infrastructure fit for the future. With your expertise, you take over the control and technical responsibility of complex cloud migrations, modernizations and greenfield projects, from request to target architecture to successful implementation and handover. You are responsible for the further development of internal architecture standards, landing zone concepts, terraform modules and automation solutions to promote reusability, security and operational excellence. You will take over workshops, architectural reviews and technical coaching for customers, partners and colleagues, as well as advice on cloud-native architectures and best practices. In addition, we are pleased to receive your technical support for tenders, offer concepts, cost estimates, architectural designs and customer appointments in close cooperation with sales and project management.

You have completed a commercial or technical training, ideally with IT or a study in business or information technology (e.g. computer science, business informatics or ingeniers). Knowledge gained in the design, implementation and optimization of cloud and multi-cloud architectures based on the AWS platform, as well as experience with high-availability, secure and scalable cloud solutions as well as cloud migration, landing zones and enterprise architectures. You have certifications such as the AWS Solution Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional and the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD). Experience in designing secure cloud architectures taking into account zero-trust principles, compliance requirements and governance frameworks. Practical experience with container platforms, Kubernetes, Microservices and Serverless architectures as well as Infrastructure as Code and Automation using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation or comparable technologies including CI/CD processes. You have fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English and you are characterized by analytical thinking skills as well as consulting and communication strength - and you will also be willing to work in governmental environments (SÜ2 Security Review).
