You are the central contact person for our Retail Media activities and continuously develop them together with suppliers, brand partners and internal stakeholders. Here: you actively market our advertising space and unlock new sales potential, develop creative and performance-oriented campaigns that make visible impact, identify new advertising formats and innovative retail media approaches for our webshop, plan and tax retail media budgets, you identify automation and AI potentials for relevant processes, build a data-based decision logic for our Retail Media activities, analyse campaign results and guide specific optimization measures, you work closely with the teams purchasing, CRM, e-commerce and marketplace, introduce your own ideas and actively shape our retail media strategy, coordinate a small specialized team

That's what you bring Your expertise A completed study or a commercial training focusing on marketing, e-commerce, media management or BWL Multiannual experience in sales, retail media and digital advertising, ideally in an e-commerce company Experience in cooperation with brands, manufacturers, suppliers or marketplace partners A very good understanding of KPIs, data-driven marketing and performance marketing That's what characterizes you personally Embossed communication and change competence as well as a great negotiation skill. You work in a structured, decision-making and solution-oriented manner, creating several projects at the same time to succeed. You understand yourself as a designer and combine strategic thinking with operational implementation strength. Ideally, first experience in professional or disciplinary leadership.
