Your tasks:

• Coordination and processing of requirements from the respective branches as well as testing and triggering of orders in the ERP system
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring the availability of services
• Processing of complaints in close cooperation with construction and branch managers
• Documentation and tracking of processes in ordering and delivery management
• Support for contract management and creation and maintenance of contracts with contractors and participation in the negotiation of terms and services

Your qualifications:

• Complete training or study with a focus on purchasing/logistics or a comparable qualification
• First experience in purchasing the construction industry, ideally in the field of civil engineering
• Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. Nevaris) and MS Office
• German language skills and good English skills
• Impressed communication strength, negotiation skills and organizational skills
