With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. Together with the departments, you analyze, model and optimize existing business processes and identify potentials for digitalization and automation. To increase efficiency, you will develop measures to standardise processes and accompany their successful implementation. From the first idea to the introduction, you actively participate in transformation projects and advance them in a targeted manner. You accept the requirements of the departments, evaluate them in terms of their feasibility and prioritise the resulting action needs. By monitoring process key figures, you are implementing concrete improvement measures.

You have a degree in economics, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in process management, process optimization or digital transformation projects and have a good understanding of digital technologies, automation and modern IT solutions. You work safely with MS Office and ideally have experience with process modeling or project management tools as well as methods such as BPMN or Lean Management. An analytical and structured way of working, as well as the pleasure of preparing complex relationships in a comprehensible way, you are distinguished. Communication strength and the ability to integrate different stakeholders are your strengths as well as your own initiative and awareness of change.
