Senior Consultant (m/w/d | 75%) Excursions, shared experiences and a work full of joy and trust - shape the everyday life of our group! In the middle of a residential area near the city center of Mörfelden, our homes of the residential complex offer 45 people with mental and multiple impairment an individual home. Here, qualified assistance, care and care are combined 24/7 with a variety of leisure and experience opportunities. Especially at our heart is the active integration into the social space-that participation is actively shaped by us.

Your day looks like this: • Together with your experienced team, you will ensure a reliable daily routine of our 16 adult residents of the WG with empathy and humour. • They support in all areas of life management, which cannot be managed on their own, explore the social space and accompany day trips and travel • If necessary, help with basic care (support when moving, showering etc.) of the residents • For the best possible support, you work closely with the team, relatives, legal advisors and our experts who support you at work

You can look forward to this: • A temporary employment of 75% in a reliable service plan in the 2-shift system (breakfast and late services), which is initially taken into account by the end of 2026 within the framework of a medical representation, • Intensive integration by the experienced team as well as a service room for administrative tasks • Very good public transport connection as well as bicycle and car parking • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E5 (41.500€– 52.200€ Full time/year - depending on the experience - incl.
