Coordination of the correction (in the case of EGr 06 disturbances of large effective width) Control internal and/or external volunteers and coordinate cooperation Record incoming customer reports outside the business hours and forward them to the responsible processors implement a short-term independent decision on the use of foreign service providers within the framework of contractual requirements in coordination with the shift manager to avoid service deployments by suitable measures (e.g. remote action) as well as to support malfunctioning in the service qualified generate fault orders in the CAFM system and coordinate them with the demand carriers Ensure proper compliance of fault orders Processing Escalation Management (MbV)

Vocational training in the field of industrial technology or comparable professional qualifications Multi-year professional experience Advanced knowledge in CAFM systems Advanced knowledge about customer products Advanced knowledge of system signalling, as well as in the operation of building automation systems Knowledge of organizational structures ISS CS Participation in the 3-shift service 24/7 at EGr 06 Participation in the call at EGr 06
