In this role, you develop contemporary learning and development formats, guide effective workshops and actively participate in the further development of our portfolio. The position is aimed at people who like to design, take responsibility and want to act as a savings partner:in the eye.

Your tasks

• Preparing, carrying out and preparing seminars, primarily in the field of soft skills and personality development
• Development and implementation of Blended Learning concepts
• Creation of individual seminar concepts
• Presentation of workshops
• Consultation on questions of organisational development

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies or completed commercial training – ideally in food retail
• Professional experience at LEH (e.g. market manager:in, district manager:in, specialist consultant:in o.
• Multiannual experience as coach:in, moderator:in or coach – especially in soft skills and personality development
• Methodological-didactic competence and pleasure in the moderation of group processes
• enthusiasm for people, learning processes and personal development
• Creativity, communication strength and a safe occurrence
• High readiness for travel within Germany and valid passenger car tickets
