(Senior) Controller (m/f/d)

As a Senior Controller (m/w/d) you take a key role in the further development of our controlling in an international environment. You create transparency about business development and develop resilient control bases for sound business decisions. In addition to the classic financial controlling, you act as a strategic Sparring partner for management and introduce your expertise in the areas of sales and HR control.

Finance Controlling You create and analyze reportings, key figures and business evaluations You identify deviations, interpret results and derive concrete recommendations for action for management You are responsible for creating budgets, forecasts and bills You control and coordinate planning processes in compliance with budget requirements You analyze cost structures and identify optimization potentials together with cost center managers Business Partnering You support management and executives with sound analysis in strategic and operational decisions You are the central contact person for management and branches in all controlling-relevant issues Further development & projects You continuously develop existing controlling instruments, reporting paths and standards You actively promote the development of processes, tools and structures You actively participate in cross-departmental projects – from process optimization to the introduction of new tools and systems Additional control key points You support sales controlling, especially in the analysis of sales, margin and customer structures You accompany the construction and further development of a structured HR controller (including personnel cost planning, capacity control and KPI development) You contribute to the further development of cross-area control logics

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience required in controlling, ideally with project reference Funded knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and planning are required Experience in financial controlling and ideally touch points with sales and/or HR controlling Experience in the further development of controlling structures and processes Very good Excel skills are required, experience with Power BI is desirable Experience in handling ERP systems Expressed analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as numerical affinity Hands-on mentality as well as the ability to drive themes autonomously and actively shape structures Communication strength and safe occurrence in exchange with management and departments Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1) are required
