You take over general secretariat tasks for the Regional Directorate of Nord-Ost You are responsible for all correspondence management and edit the mailing and exit You write reports and create fonts You take over appointment coordination You create presentation documents and statistics and other evaluations You are responsible for organizing business trips and events

You have completed a commercial vocational training or can demonstrate a comparable qualification They have experience in the exercise of a secretariat You are safe in handling IT, especially MS Office You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing They are an organizational institution and are friendly, sovereign and binding They work reliably and true absolute confidentiality They bring a high degree of flexibility and willingness to use
