Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Date and calendar management for the managing director
• Travel planning and organization
• Communication and coordination with international colleagues
• Administrative support in daily business: document management and tracking of tasks
• Preparation of documents for meetings and presentations
• Coordination of meetings, including preparation and preparation
