Commercial Development Manager (m/f/d)

As a Commercial Development Manager (m/w/d), you are working directly with our VP Commercial Development and are driving strategic initiatives in the region. You develop market strategies, implement projects and actively shape our growth. You carry on and develop commercial development in the region. Together with the Commercial Development Team, you will develop strategies and plans for sustainable growth and increase our market share. You support and guide the entire strategy process for the region. For priority markets, you plan and tax strategic measures, ensure their implementation and ensure a consistent follow-up – e.g. through an effective distribution network, differentiated retail development plans, portfolio management activities, project and end customer strategies, segmentation and organisational development. You take responsibility for the creation and annual updating of the strategic country plans, including financial planning. In addition, you contribute to the further development of our group-wide processes in the field of strategy and tracking. You conduct cross-functional commercial projects and, together with the Country Managers, manage the implementation in defined focus markets – with a clear focus on excellent implementation and consistent tracking. You take over the project management for strategically prioritized group projects. Commercial meetings and exchange formats are prepared and coordinated by you. In addition, you support our VP Commercial Development in strategic initiatives and ad hoc tasks.

A completed degree in the field of BWL, Economics, International Business or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in Business Development, Strategy, Sales or Consulting – ideally internationally You think strategic, trade pragmatically and want to move things You have experience in project management and work with different teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel
