Total responsibility for the building office including the building and the associated own companies Leadership and further development of over 40 team members in the various departments Development of decision bases for municipal bodies Responsibility for the award of civil or civil works contracts and the perception of the contractor's representation Representation of the Office in bodies, working groups and other representative events, as well as in civil dialogue

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), ideally with field of deep or high construction or comparable technical studies Funded understanding in procurement and contract law (especially VOB and HOAI) Long-term professional experience in a comparable position or in the construction sector with clear reference to the public sector Guide Personality with Eloquence and Citizenship Embossed organisational strength and structured functioning
