Senior Software Developer in Consulting

We grow and beat a new chapter! For our new location in Hanover we are looking for experienced developer personalities that not only write excellent code, but also want to shape our new presence from scratch.

As a senior software developer:in consulting, you work in particular on individual software solutions for our customers such as banks, insurance companies and trade. “Schema F” is a foreign word for us. We are a team of motivated experts: women who like to look over the plate rim. We work interdisciplinary for our customers to develop the best individual solution – even if there is no such solution. We promote an open culture characterized by respect and appreciation in which errors are considered learning opportunities.

Create solutions: You develop individual IT solutions and software architectures with modern stacks (e.g. Spring, React, Angular, vue.js, GitHub Actions).

Guessing at eye level: You understand professional customer requirements and translate these independently into sustainable technical concepts.

Mentor & Prototype: You accompany less experienced colleagues (e.g. through pair programming or code reviews) and actively pass on your knowledge.

Experience: Multiannual professional experience in software development (e.g. Java / Spring Boot or Frontend Frameworks such as Angular, React, vue.js).

Architecture confession: You control database and data modeling as well as the design of scalable IT systems.

Consultancy competence: You know the work in the customer environment (classical & agil) and communicate technical decisions.

Academic foundation: A completed IT degree at a university or university.

More spirit & energy: You bring the necessary portion of passion to use design spaces and build our new location with us.

Communication strength: You have the pleasure of sharing – whether with the customer on site, remote or at the coffee machine.

Language feeling: German you can safely master C1 level.

Mobility: readiness to travel in the Hanover region, but also to our locations and customers in NRW, to become effective where necessary.
