Safety Koordinator - DHAM Fab (m/f/d)

Planning, coordination and implementation of security projects within the Manufacturing Unit (Waferfab) Development and maintenance of alarm and emergency management including emergency manual and emergency procedures Planning, implementation, documentation and evaluation of evacuation exercises and derivation and implementation of improvement measures Creation, updating and implementation of safety training (e.g. S3 and chemical training) as part of the Fab training Creation, updating and implementation of Setleiter-Safety training Implementation of safety instructions (SvO) for wafer waste Support and further development of the access control system including maintenance of safety levels and updating the DHAM directive for the award of access authorisations Support in the creation and updating of risk assessments, operating instructions and other safety-relevant documentation Support in the selection, introduction and testing of personal protective equipment (PSA) Coordination of security officers and advice and support of the departments in safety issues Support for internal and external security and management system audits (e.g. DEKRA) Contact for all questions of occupational and health protection within the DHAM Waferfab Support in the investigation of accidents at work (8D method), near events and malfunctions, as well as deriving appropriate improvement measures Contact person for safety equipment of the wafer fab (e.g. emergency terminals, BIONICS, fire detection and alarm systems) Consultation and safety assessment of new projects, measures and plant changes (e.g. redesign or rebuilding of plants) Implementation of noise measurements as part of the risk assessment and maintenance of the noise disaster Care and coordination of the CMR directory

Successfully completed technical training or studies with further training in the field of occupational safety, environmental or health protection or a comparable qualification Multiannual occupational experience in occupational safety, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company or the semiconductor industry Good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations in the field of occupational, health and hazardous substances Experience in the implementation of risk assessments, audits and safety instructions Structured and self-sponsored work as well as pronounced organizational talent Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with different disciplines and external partners High sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working Teamability, reliability and enforcement Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge Secure handling of MS Office and ideally SAP Talent acquisition based on Nexperia
