HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

You take over the HR management of a clearly defined business area across several locations. You act as a trusted Sparring partner (m/w/d) for executives and employees and advise them competently in all personal questions. Based on a well-founded analysis of HR-Bedarfe, you will conduct appropriate measures for organisational and personnel development and accompany their implementation. You work closely with the central HR functions, in particular recruiting and personnel development, and ensure a holistic and coordinated HR assignment. In addition, you are responsible for the implementation of individual personal measures along the entire Employee Life Cycle. You actively participate in HR projects and support the continuous development of HR standards and processes. Through regular and scheduled travel activities, you will ensure a high HR presence at the supervised locations and thus promote close cooperation on site.

You have completed their studies in business, psychology or law with a focus on human resources and a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring multi-year professional experience in the care and advice of executives and employees in the role of HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or in a comparable position. In addition, you are familiar with change processes and professional stakeholder management. You have very good knowledge of labour and social security law as well as a comprehensive knowledge of HR-Best-Practices. Your strong business confession allows you to strategically classify HR topics and consistently align them with corporate goals. A sovereign appearance, a clear and value-adding communication, decision-making strength and a high emotional intelligence characterize you. The safe handling of common IT systems, in particular MS Office and relevant HR systems, is of course for you. Your profile is rounded off with great responsibility for ownership, commitment and strong readiness to travel.
