Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Responsibility for the Damage Department with focus on damage regulation, experts and damage revision
• Interface management in the damage process and transmission of information
• Further development of the entire damage regulation organization
• Promoting cooperation and exchange in the company through networking and interface management
• Support for technical teams
• Communication with customers, project managers and technicians by telephone, email and other channels
• Processing of fault messages in the SAP ticket system
• forwarding to specialist areas or immediate dispatch of home technicians in emergency cases (e.g. water damage)
• Documentation of orders and compliance with billing procedure

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Training or study in a relevant area
• Professional experience in commutation, administration to delivery and on site
• Knowledge of SAP ticket systems
• Experience in the technical support of extensive systems and technology
• Ability to communicate with different stakeholders: inside by phone, email, etc.
