Central contact for the customer and responsible for the technical building management including the technical operator responsibility Responsible for the production of maintenance and testing services as well as the performance and quality control of private and foreign services Monitoring of statutory audit periods and requirements as well as warranty, defect and damage management Call for tender, costing, awarding, monitoring, acceptance and coordination of subcontractors Professional and disciplinary leadership of an object team Participation and execution of customers Jour Fixe incl. documentation

A completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point) First professional experience in contracting and the creation of maintenance and repair plans First leadership experience would be beneficial High customer orientation as well as a targeted and solution-oriented operation Good knowledge of German in word and writing
