As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Within the Staff Department of the Executive Board ''Executive Staff' (ES), we are looking for a 'Business Continuity Management'' Senior Consultant (m/w/d). In this role, you contribute to developing methodologically and qualitatively and maintaining business operations in the event of disturbances or crises (e.g. cyber attacks, pandemics, natural disasters).

Construction and maintenance of a business continuity management system (BCMS) according to standards such as ISO 22301 Identification of critical business processes and resources and analysis of potential threats Development, documentation and updating of emergency and recovery plans Preparation and implementation of simulations and tests to ensure operational readiness Coordination of measures in serious cases to maintain operation at a minimum level Encourage employees to avoid risks and train crisis levels

Complete university studies (BWL, IT, Industrial Engineering) or comparable At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Risk Management or IT Security Reliable knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 22301, BSI standard 200-4) Analytical thinking, communication strength and crisis strength High level of customer and service-oriented thinking and acting as well as project and team-oriented work German language skills in word and writing
