in our branch North Bavaria in Nuremberg.

Development, processing and implementation of procurement and procurement strategies Strategic product group management Development of supplier strategies including development of sourcing strategy Supplier management and evaluation Conception and implementation of sub- and sub-shaft procurement procedures including Refund management Development of corresponding contract models for the transferred product groups and the design, negotiation and conclusion of framework and service contracts Contract management in SAP and in the contract management tool

Successfully completed university studies in the field of business management, preferably with deepening purchasing, or with professional experience acquired equivalent suitability Multi-annual strategic shopping experience Experience in communication with demand providers and optimisation of needs Knowledge in the design of framework contracts and in procurement and contract law Good user knowledge with ERP systems (preferably SAP module MM) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1 by GeR/CEFR) Class B driving licence, readiness to travel in the area of establishment and willingness to carry out a service vehicle That would be desirable: Knowledge of the Act against Competitiveness Restrictions (GWB), the Regulation on Public Procurement (VgV) and the Subsidiary Regulation (UVgO) Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement
