Your new job

• Processing and processing of metals: cutting, bending, drilling and grinding of components according to technical drawings.
• Welding and joining technology: application of various welding methods (e.g. MIG, MAG, WIG) for the secure connection of structural elements.
• Installation and disassembly: construction of steel structures, grids, gates or machine systems directly at the customer or in the workshop.
• Maintenance and repair: maintenance of metal components as well as troubleshooting and repairing of defects in plants.
• Quality control: Testing of the manufactured workpieces for dimensional accuracy and compliance with safety standards

Your profile

• Complete vocational training: successful completion as a metal manufacturer or in a comparable metal profession.
• Valid welding certificates: proof of current qualifications in common processes (e.g. MAG, WIG or E-Hand), as this is the basis for most construction work.
• Technical understanding & mathematics: Safe handling of measurements, angles and material calculations as well as the ability to read complex technical drawings error-free.
• Machine and tool engineering: knowledge of the operation of stationary machines (e.g. decanting presses, percussion shears) and hand-held power tools.
• Safety and standards knowledge: knowledge of industrial safety regulations (UVV) and relevant DIN standards for manufacturing and assembly in metal construction.
