Management and coordination of the entire coordination process for construction agreements and development contracts with affected departments of the city administration, investors, planning offices, subsidiaries of the city administration Control of communication with all relevant actors Accompanying development projects from the initial phase of negotiation, design design, monitoring contract performance and successful completion Legally secure design, negotiation and final conclusion of construction agreements and development contracts, including voting with the legal and construction regulations department Coordination or recovery of political decisions for construction agreements and development contracts Public relations within the framework of construction agreements and development agreements Final assessment of development-relevant city-internal processes for the field of civil engineering and transport

the career qualification for the first entry office of the category 2 (completed university degree as Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts) as an alternative to a completed administrative course II or the career capability for the city-building inspector* in the town-building sector of category 2 (completed career examination for the senior service) or a successfully completed (specialized) university degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in the field of civil engineering, urban/regional planning, legal sciences (focus on public building law or urban planning or a comparable qualification very good German knowledge in word and writing, at least at the language level C1 (GER) (please submit proof) Experience in contract/project execution of development projects high operational readiness, flexibility, resilience and decision-making and enforcement high level of sense of responsibility, self-employment and initiative Applicants should be able to demonstrate a correct and safe occurrence in negotiations with authorities, companies and citizens.
