Financial informatics has different customers and as different as our customers are also the needs of the individual: from standard services from our OSPlus core banking system to individual solutions that are tailored to the customer. The responsibility for the creation of all offers or Contracts for these individual solutions are in the department ''Offer Management LB/VP''.

Interface from the customer to the FI for all individual service requests up to the conclusion of the contract in cooperation with the relevant customer advisor The timely and quality-secured creation of individual, complex offers of financial informatics, taking into account technical, legal and commercial requirements as well as the requirements of the FI with regard to: Content, Layout and Corporate Design Responsibility and accompaniment of the timely and quality-assured creation of the offers and the release of the offer according to the applicable rules of competence Leadership of contract negotiations Management of the participating departments in terms of commercial and legal concerns within the framework of the tender process Preparation and implementation of regular consultations with the associated customers

Completed studies of economics or the like as well as at least two years of professional experience in the field of supply and/or customer management or a commercial training in connection with long-term professional experience Experience in handling complex customer situations Excellent skills in written and oral expression, enforcement and sales skills In-depth banking expertise and strong commercial knowledge Very good knowledge of contracting MS Office German language skills
