The GCSP/TPW department is responsible for the global Mercedes-Benz AG warranty and cunning requirements, as well as the relevant processes over all sales levels. Through the continuous optimization of our processes and systems, we enable our Mercedes-Benz service partners to efficiently process their warranty and culmination applications. With AI-based data models and parameters, we continuously monitor the damage and use our control levers, such as manual testing of applications, parts findings and audits.
