Advanced perspective – your tasks:

• Self-implementation of personal administrative measures, e.g. when entering, shifting, hourly and functional changes
• Creation of work contracts and preparation of works council hearings
• Care and updating of personnel master files
• Documentation of internal HR processes as well as care and further development of our HR knowledge database
• Communication and coordination with relevant interfaces, in particular with HR business partners and pay billing
• Takeover of special projects in the personnel sector

Skills with vision – your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel
• Professional experience in operational personnel work, preferably in a larger company
• High service orientation, quality awareness, team skills and initiative
• Very good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with SAP HCM
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
