Your tasks:

• Acceptance of malfunctions and service questions, including analysis and correction of errors for our internal applications (MS Office, KIS, therapy planning system)
• User management
• the IT team ensures the smooth operation of the entire clinic IT as well as the telecommunications systems and systems
• Priority and classification of requests
• independent processing of enquiries from the entrance to successful completion of hardware and software topics
• Inventory, preparation and output of IT devices (e.g. laptops, desktops, printers)
• Care of the jobs and IT interfaces of medical devices
• Support for IT projects
• Co-responsibility for the supervision and further development of internal processes

Your profile:

• completed vocational training in the field of IT or similar completed training or cross-enterprises:with corresponding proven IT professional experience in healthcare
• first proven experience in IT support and/or IT-HelpDesk
• very good knowledge of PC hardware and communication technology (Notebook, PC, Thin client, printing systems, telephony, etc.)
• very good knowledge and safe handling of MS operating systems, MS Office and Active Directory
• high service and customer orientation
• high degree of autonomy, team skills and flexibility
• a structured and reliable operation
• Willingness to participate in IT readiness
