NEW NiederrheinWasser GmbH is looking for support as soon as possible

You take over the leadership and further development of a versatile team and not only focus on modern working methods, but also promote an open and motivating team culture. You recognize potentials, promote the personal and professional development of your team and ensure the consistent implementation of occupational safety and health measures. You are responsible for ensuring trouble-free operation of all technical equipment according to current VDE and DVGW standards and guides the stand-by and destructive service as well as the damage management in your group. You plan and implement new/reconstruction and maintenance of PLC and process control technology and ensure complete documentation and integration into the control room. You take over the cross-border coordination of operational activities, in particular with building and building technology or the selection of service partners, thus ensuring a smooth operation throughout the company.

You bring a completed study in the field of electrical or automation technology or a comparable qualification and want to actively contribute your knowledge to the further development of our processes. Your in-depth knowledge of VDE policies, DVGW rules and relevant standards allow you to create innovative and secure solutions. With your experience in managing teams, operating and maintaining complex facilities, you are inspired by other and sustainable added value. Your organizational talent, your strong sense of responsibility and your joy in clear decisions contribute significantly to a successful working environment.
