You support the data protection officer in the operational day-to-day business In addition, you conduct data protection audits and internal controls independently They prepare training and actively contribute to their implementation In addition, check contract documents with regard to the GDPR and other data protection requirements They advise project teams on data protection issues and accompany new projects from a data protection perspective Finally, you agree closely with other EIB staff – in particular in the areas of information security, central outsourcing management and emergency management

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable training with a focus on data protection You have relevant professional experience in data protection, ideally in the banking environment A recognised certification in the field of data protection (e.g. TÜV, DEKRA, IAPP or the like) will bring you In addition, you have sound knowledge of the GDPR and other regulatory requirements in the financial sector They convince by conceptual strength, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working A high level of sense of responsibility as well as pronounced communication and team skills are the key Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
