Head of Technical Metering Point Operation (m/f/d)

The Head of Technical Measuring Point Operations is responsible for the safe, legally compliant and economical operation of all measuring points of the company. These include modern measuring devices, intelligent measuring systems, measuring devices for electricity (conventional), gas, water and heat as well as the associated communication systems. Leadership and further development of the team of technical measuring points with around 10 employees Participation in the design and development of a number-based planning and control model for performing a cost-effective and quality-efficient measuring point operation. These include the definition and monitoring of KPIs (e.g. throughput times, error rates, rollout progress). Ensuring the smooth operation of all counters and measurement systems including the associated reporting Responsible for storage, inventory management and material logistics in measuring station operation Responsible for budget planning for equipment and services as well as for the selection, tendering and control of external service partners Responsible for compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements for the technical measuring point operation. Compliance with reporting obligations due to regulatory and legal requirements

Successfully completed university studies (Diplom, Master), preferably of economic engineering or a relevant technical field Leadership experience in the energy environment Comprehensive knowledge of the processes of the technical measuring station operation, the relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as a pronounced business understanding Representative leadership and social competence as well as high customer and service orientation Self-employed and earnings-oriented working methods as well as ability to analytical and strategic thinking Clear and valuable communication
