Strengthen us as: Consultant (m/w/d) That's what we're dealing with: Full advice & support: You actively engage in a portfolio of public and municipal customers, develop tailor-made financial concepts according to the S financial model and accompany them from planning to implementation – always with the aim of achieving their goals. Credit & risk management: You conduct a credit book in the millions and six-digit yield range, check and decide credit applications in the OSPlus system and recognise risks early on to manage the portfolio safely and profitably. Increase in earnings & Cross‐Selling: You specifically identify cross-selling potentials, use your credit and contingency competencies and acquire new customers to sustainably increase the yield. Coordination of the Client-Sales team: You control internal and external specialists, integrate asset and specialist consultants and use the entire product and performance spectrum of the Sparkassenverbund to create optimal solutions for customers. Representation & project work: You represent the Savings Bank for customer events, municipal events and partner meetings, actively contribute to cross-border projects and thus strengthen the occurrence and position of the Savings Bank Mainfranken. That's what you bring: You have completed an economic study or a further education on the savings banks/bank business operator (m/w/d). In addition, you already have experience in commercial credit consulting. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled body is expected to be in the E10 TVöD group. Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 6 is regularly considered when hiring. In addition to the table fee, further tariff benefits are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment (up to 13.8 salaries).
