Area management for our recycling centers (m/f/d)

Guided tour & staff: Total responsibility for nine valuables and handling stations Modern leadership, structuring and further development of the operational teams, implementation of occupational safety instructions Close cooperation and coordination with local management, implementation of employee talks, team meetings and performance assessments Business organization & project management: Optimization and conceptual further development of the facilities (e.g. building new/enlargement of existing facilities, planning and monitoring of construction projects) Creation of job requirements, job descriptions and risk assessments Defining acceptance criteria and sales spectrum Interfaces & Public Relations: Working with tenders and cross-departmental projects Preparation of reports, proposals for the continuation of waste management and collection system Cooperation with internal stakeholders (station communication, public relations, landfills, used goods and the unit of operational waste management) Interface to external stakeholders Finance & Infrastructure: Budget planning and responsibility, participation in the financial statements Procurement of consumables and equipment Ensuring and further developing infrastructure and lease agreements Other tasks: Create statistics and analyses (deliveries, collection quantities, container filling, cash register etc.) in coordination with the controlling Organization of guided tours

Education / Experience: Studies in the field of environmental protection technology, waste management, as well as many years of professional experience in municipal or private waste management / management of valuables or waste management systems Expertise and personal characteristics knowledge of waste management, waste law and project management, economic accounting, labour law, Efb regulation and occupational safety Quick conception, structured work, self-employment, self-responsibility and high stress resistance Teamability, leadership and communication strength Ability to comprehend and communicate complex relationships Special skills: Very good knowledge of employee management, team structuring and operational organisation and optimization Handling MS Office, Athos NewLine, ERP and Scale Systems Account Manager (m/w/d)
