Project Coordinator Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

You carry out standardized process analyses (e.g. value stream recordings, time recordings, 5S audits) and support in complex analyses You also work with Lean, CVP and Digitization Projects The definition of work packages and independent support for smaller improvement initiatives in the working environment is your responsibility You continuously create, maintain and update KPI dashboards Examination and monitoring of reports for the follow-up of project and improvement results is one of your tasks You support the introduction and application of digital tools in production and supply chain (e.g. process monitoring, automation, data analysis) You are active in anchoring a CVP culture and implementing suggestions from the teams with You create and standardize process documentation and perform training to lean foundations for employees

Technical completion with training in the field of lean/process optimization Alternatively, a completed study of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, economics or equivalent qualification First practical experience in process optimization, lean management or project support Basic knowledge of Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, Wertstromanalyse, KVP) and first points of contact with digitalization topics Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) are advantageous Moderation and sensitivity in handling change processes English language skills (min. B2 level)
