Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)

Complete vocational training as a KFZ mechatronic:in or comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience as well as sound technical understanding of internal combustion engines (Benzin/Diesel), transmissions (manual, automatic, DSG), clutches, drive shafts, suspension and steering systems, hydraulic brake systems (ABS, ESP, electronic parking brakes) and high-voltage drive and battery systems including cell chemistry Extensive knowledge in electrical and electronics, safe application of voltage, current, resistance (Ohmsches law), reading and interpreting of circuit diagrams, on-board networks, control units (CAN bus, LIN bus, FlexRay), including routined handling of brand-specific or universal scanning tools, error storage reading, firmware updates, parameter configuration, calibration of cameras and radar systems Knowledge of materials (metals, plastics, seals), their properties and exhaust gas standards (Euro 6), main requirements for investigation and TÜV and the legal requirements for road permits Representative communicative and team-oriented skills, structured and targeted thinking, high flexibility, commitment and organisational readiness as well as independent, responsible work Safe handling of industrial safety and environmental directives (UVV, hazardous substances, disposal of old oil, batteries, tires) as well as the ability to read, interpret and implement digital repair instructions (often in English).
