Independent processing of all requests in our recruiting mailbox – from queries from the applicants to coordination with personal service providers Preparation of onboarding for new employees Support in the support of our candidate management, e.g. through appointments, the follow-up of information and documents and the care of data Maintenance of various Excel lists (including KPIs, job overviews and recommendations) and processing of invoices Participation in pre-formulating and switching job advertisements including small search activities Joint optimization of existing processes and support in the implementation of our recruiting projects

You complete a degree in economics, business or social sciences, ideally with the focus on personnel Safe handling of current MS Office programs and enjoying organizational tasks Impressed communication strength in German and English Structured, responsible way of working and enjoying working together in the recruiting team If you don't cover all requirements, don't worry!
