As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. In the field of customer enablement training, we enable our customers to create a sustainable, modern training. In doing so, we resort to the skills and skills of the BWI system house. In this way, we offer holistic advice, where we work with our customers in a trusted, transparent and partnership-oriented manner. Strengthen our area and accompany consulting projects from strategy to implementation with the aim of supporting the training landscape of the Bundeswehr through digitization.

Conception and development of training and further training measures for Bundeswehr IT systems

Analysis of target group needs and derivation of didactic-methodic requirements

Development of learning fields and training formats (presence, dazzled, digital)

Cooperation with system engineers, operating teams and specialist departments

Preparation of training documents and accompanying materials

Participation in Train-the-Trainer concepts and qualification of internal multipliers:

Quality assurance and further development of existing training concepts

Complete training for IT system administrator or comparable qualification with relevant and multi-year professional experience

Alternatively: completed subject-related (university) studies with at least two years of relevant professional experience

Ideally: Service time as a time soldier*in with experience in IT systems

Technical understanding of connected systems and operating concepts

Ability to prepare complex technical content according to target groups

Knowledge of didactics, learning objectives and competence orientation

Communication strength and structured operation

Willingness to travel

Experience in the field of training web application desirable
