Manager Custom Software Projects (m/f/d)

You will guide your team with passion, compelled IT expertise and project management expertise and make sure that our customers get customized software solutions that really fit You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, accompany new colleagues in the recruitment process, conduct regular feedback and development talks and promote individual potentials You develop a common vision from the corporate goals and make tangible team goals You have all the threads in your hand, you know challenges before You arise, and your team is sure to steer through every project goal You encourage project plans to sit, use resources optimally and communicate progress transparently You drive new projects together with sales, actively shape offers, meet customers, and conduct negotiations with external partners.

Multiannual experience in managing medium and large individual software projects with responsibility for “Time, Quality, Budget & Scope” Experience gained in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams with at least five employees Safe handling of project contracts, close exchange with customers and stakeholders as well as transparent communication in all project phases Leadership of project teams with clarity and empathy, early detection of conflicts and ensuring constructive cooperation for a common project goal Completed studies in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with a strong IT background Certified project management competence (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, IPMA) and ideally experience with agile frameworks – such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or SAFe Agilist Very good knowledge of German in word and writing on at least C1 level
