Working Student Project Management Support (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Workplace Services in Munich (Germany) at the next possible time.

• Creation and maintenance of project documents such as presentations, status reports, protocols and task lists in close coordination with the team

• Follow-up of project tasks, dates and milestones and support in compliance with deadlines

• Coordination of meetings, workshops and project-related appointments

• Support for monitoring project budgets and resources

• Maintenance of project dashboards and reporting support

• Support in service management by dispatching and tracking tickets across different teams

• With the help of ensuring the timely processing of open service requests and escalation as needed

• Documentation of service processes and maintenance of ticket tracking overviews in cooperation with the team

• Support in compliance with internal standards and compliance requirements

• Continuous studies in the field of BWL, business informatics or a comparable field of study

• Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Embossed communication skills and organizational talent

• Structured and independent working and team skills

• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
