Convince us with your qualifications Completed studies - preferably Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar courses Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a comparable function as well as ideally industry/competition experience or experience from the service environment Good systemic understanding and experiences in the field of digitalization Sovereign action within complex matrix structures and in management and decision-making bodies Power of persuasiveness, enforcing and concept and presentation strength Good user knowledge in handling MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and ideally experience in Salesforce and an applicant tracking system and its further development German language skills and good English skills in word and writing Local nationwide readiness JOBV1_EN
