Your tasks As part of our business transformation team in Frankfurt/Main, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Munich or Nuremberg, you will advise our customers: within the framework of complex transformation projects from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective with innovative approaches. You can do a variety of tasks: Designing and tuning implementation plans and defining work packages and activities in projects Monitor performance and application of technical methods for analysis and optimization of complex systems Leadership of the project diary for documentation of project progress Prepare and conduct meetings and lectures on effective communication in the team Application of technical methods to analyze and optimize complex systems - supported by AI-based models and data-based tools

Your skill set Completed studies in a scientific study programme and first professional experience in project management in the following areas: change management / technical understanding of complex public facilities Knowledge of AI and/or data analytics and practical experience with appropriate tools and methods (e.g. Power BI, Python, Machine Learning, Process Automation) High service orientation and safe and friendly appearance in dealing with customers: women and fluent German knowledge in word and writing
