Responsibility for recruitment, training, leadership and development of team members. Special focus on team building and the further development of the team. Tech Lead: Technical leadership of development teams in the domain customer data and binding. Head of Java Developers and QA Engineers and Frontend Developers. Ensuring compliance with quality standards, best practices and coding guidelines. Detection and evaluation of technological trends and support for the introduction of new technologies and software components. Identifying technical challenges and providing solutions for performance optimization.

Complete study of computer science, software technology or comparable qualification. Years of experience in Java Service programming, especially with SpringBoot. Although you're already running teams, you're still on the go and know Java programming like your west pocket. Experience with leadership in a matrix organization and its special challenges. The requirements for this role include, in particular, excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders. Strong problem solving capabilities and the ability to cope with complex technical challenges. Self-motivation, self-initiative and a high level of sense of responsibility. Good knowledge in German and English, both in writing and oral. Experiences in the retail sector would be desirable, but as experience in handling customer data and customer retention programs are not a must-have.
