Become part of our team responsible for construction projects for the Hessian state administration or the federal government. In this function, you can independently supervise planning and construction tasks for public users and thus provide numerous top projects for Hesse. The site is the East branch, based in Fulda.

Individually responsible support and coordination of construction measures in the project team in compliance with public procurement and contract law as well as the deadline and cost framework Negotiation and communication with all project participants Provision of services in all phases of the HOAI An invitation to tender, award and monitoring of architecture/engineering offices and construction companies in new, re- and extension buildings, one-time repairs and construction maintenance measures in the areas of civil and civil engineering acceptance, settlement and transfer of planning and construction services to the user Depending on the professional and personal suitability, preference and qualification, you can be used in the internal business areas of Bundesbau, Landesbau or Higher Education.

Completed degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) in the fields of architecture/ civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the HOAI performance phases, including in the planning and construction management Knowledge of relevant standards such as VOB and planning and construction management experience Knowledge in public procurement and contract law, fire protection and coordination of planning services with Building Information Modeling (BIM) are desirable Negotiation, enforcement and organisational skills commitment, ownership, customer orientation and a strong team spirit Good knowledge of the MS Office programs, an AVA and a CAD program Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Ability to large height or narrow spaces Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
