As (Associate) Manager Anti-Financial Crime Consulting, Operations & Managed Services, you support our customers in the transformation of their AFC organizations. You combine regulatory expertise, operational excellence and innovative technologies to create sustainable added value for our customers. Your responsibility You advise banks, digital banks, neobanks, insurance companies and other financial service providers on regulatory issues in the areas of KYC, AML, Fraud Prevention and Sanctions Compliance The analysis, optimization and transformation of AFC processes, governance structures and operating models is part of your task You develop and implement innovative operations and managed service models for financial service providers Together with our customers, you identify potentials for the use of artificial intelligence, generic AI, automation and advanced analytics along the AFC value chain You control transformation, remediation and efficiency enhancement programs and accompany their successful implementation The responsible creation of offers as well as the support for alerts and RfP/Tender processes are your responsibility You develop existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and actively support the Account Development With studies, specialist contributions, customer events and market initiatives, you contribute to the expansion of our market presence and our positioning You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and promote their individual development Through your ideas, you actively shape the further development of our consulting portfolio as well as our AI and managed services offerings You develop AI-based solution approaches and automations, evaluate their added value and operating limits critically and initiate concrete impulses to develop existing processes and to establish new ones Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a successfully completed study of economics, business informatics, law or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of Anti Financial Crime, Compliance, Financial Services Consulting, Operations Transformation or Managed Services Finding knowledge in at least one AFC field such as KYC, AML, Fraud Prevention, Transaction Monitoring or Sanctions Screening You have experience in managing transformation, optimization or managed services projects in the financial services environment With your sales affinity, you support supply processes, tenders and the expansion of existing customer relationships Digitization, automation, data analysis and AI technologies inspire you and you understand their benefits for regulatory and operational processes First or multi-year experience in the management and development of employees completes your profile Entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative and a sovereign appearance towards customers and stakeholders characterize you Also in challenging project situations, you keep an overview and convince by a solution-oriented operation You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflected way, critically evaluate results and effectively introduce current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions German (min. C1 level) and good English skills complete your profile
