• Together with your colleagues, you install, configure and manage our hardware and software solutions that we provide to our customers.
• In doing so, you analyse individual problems in the IT landscape of our customers and then make yourself a joint solution in the team.
• In this context, you also support our customers in VIP Support, where you answer specialist questions and offer first solutions for various IT challenges.
• What cases does your team take? For what questions do we need specialist colleagues? With your assessments on customer enquiries, you can help us with professional escalation management.
• Our customers are happy about your good communication and your colleagues: the exact and clear documentation of your work steps.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as IT system electronics:in, or experience in IT support or comparable activities
• Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• First experience in the network environment
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Personally, we especially like your careful and appropriate communication with customers and your willingness to deal with customer challenges intensively.
