They shape progress – they lead a team of project and process managers and take over their disciplinary leadership. Together with the team, you are actively driving forward the innovations in the business process transformation for the processes in the End to End (EtE) processes Order to Cash & Record to Report. You take responsibility – Your core tasks include building and expanding a company-wide, practice-oriented and business-relevant EtE process structure that forms the basis for future EtE process structure of the entire group of companies. In addition, you will develop and develop future-oriented company-wide standard processes together with the above-mentioned specialist areas. Your training – successfully completed studies of the business economy and/or Economics, economic engineering, economic informatics or comparable qualifications. Your experience – you have several years of professional experience in the fields of Order to Cash/Record to Report, in the process modeling according to BPMN, managing and controlling projects in the implementation of change processes and in active employee management. Your personality – you are thrilled with optimally working processes and perfectly functioning systemic solutions in a digital transformation environment. They think pragmatically and process-oriented and also bring complex facts to the point. Your quick conception, analytical skills and solution-oriented mode of operation are just as good as your view for the whole. Social competence is also an important and decisive property for you. Knowledge and experience with planning & reporting as well as a Germany-wide readiness to travel complete your profile perfectly. Your know-how – Finding knowledge in SAP Signavio, Atlassian Jira / Confluence, SAP ERP & BW and MS Office 365 (including teams and planners) are required.
