Bringing visions to life: As a project manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for challenging turnkey (great) construction projects from the first concept to the key transfer – date, quality and budget. General responsibility: Control of planning, execution and handover in the SF (office, housing, education and industry). Leadership and team play: Head of interdisciplinary project teams with a clear focus on quality, security and customer satisfaction. Organize partnerships: Coordination of builders:inside, architect:inside, specialist engineers:inside, authorities and subcontractors. Economy at a glance: cost, time and quality control, chance/risk management, sound decisions along the project life cycle. Procurement and technology: participation in tendering, selection and awarding; technical clarification and interface management. Excellence at the construction site: Ensuring the performance quality and smooth processes – also in the large-scale project setup.

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable. Multiannual experience in construction / project management, ideally in the turnkey construction of office and residential buildings or Big projects.
