HR Business Partner - Logistics (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: You advise managers and employees in the logistics sector to all HR topics - from the first concern to the sustainable solution. Along the entire Employee Life Cycle, our professional and commercial employees are operationally supervised and provide a reliable HR service in everyday life. You accompany post- and reassessment of specialist and leadership positions in the logistics and control the recruiting process end-to-end from need clarification to contract negotiation. You support executives in performance, development and follow-up issues and ensure clear procedures, comprehensible decisions and clean documentation. Based on RTD and productivity indicators, you monitor relevant developments and derive concrete action options together with the departments and management. You actively shape HR and logistics projects, for example to introduce new working time models, work forms or Work organization and health-related initiatives.

Your profile - grow together: You have a degree (e.g. BWL, Business Psychology, Social Sciences) or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 3 years, ideally 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or in a comparable generalistic HR role. You know the challenges of an operating and commercial environment - ideally logistics, production, operations - and act pragmatically and solution-oriented there. You work safely with HR and performance indicators and use data to prioritise and effectively shape HR measures. You communicate addressably at employees and management level and remain binding and clear even in dynamic situations.
